Cream of wheat dumpling soup or Knedle soupOct 03, 2011
By IKZ Excellent European taste Dumpling soup for last minute fix up. It takes only ten minutes of boiling time. It's enough for 2 people or as appetizer for 4 people. I usually add my own fresh made dumplings to the soup (mix cream of wheat with egg and some minced parsley and add teaspoonfuls to boiling water); that makes for richer soup.
