Way Past Expiration DateMay 09, 2012
By Laura Normally I don't write reviews, and I hate reviews that are based solely on how the middleman (Amazon) delivers the product, but in this case, it is the seller's fault. The Jaffa Cakes arrived looking very old, were extremely crumbly, and were fused together. I realize this product may have come as far away as England, but still. They should not have been so old and decrepit. If, like me, you were curious about the taste of Jaffa Cakes because of our good friend Simon from the Yogscast, then try them from some other vendor.

Amazing cakesDec 09, 2008

These cookies/cakes are an amazing snack. Definitely my all-time favorite snacks. Soft-spongy bottom, somewhat sweet. Jelly middle, somewhat sour, somewhat sweet (it's orange jelly). Top layer is chocolate, sweeeeet. This is really a great cake! It's perfect when you need something sweet, and a "pinch" of sour at the same time.
I also like to use them: dip them in Fanta (orange) and make layer for a cake out of them. Very delicious!

finally found themFeb 09, 2008
By KayKay Jaffa cakes are exactly the type of sweet snack you need when you are bored by cookies. Sponge cake bottom, jelly filling, top covered with chocolate, this combination can't be beaten. I'm glad I found them online, since they don't seem to be well known in the part of the States where I live.
