The real taramosalata I am used to contains a lot more roe eggs and lemon, and a lot less soybean oil. This is mostly emulsified soybean oil with a tiny bit of lemon juice and roe eggs in it. Tastes ok, but definitely not great; and not nutritious either. Won't buy again. :(
Can anyone tell me where to find some good tarama?
