By Martha Jill Warr This is the best pasta ever. It keeps it glorious "chew" throught an entire meal. Our ocal restaurant, Marabella, uses it and it is a fantastic texture. I have eaten in some very upscale Italian restaurants that the pasta was mediocre, but they do a divine job with this pasta. Buy it...now!

By Tom Langelier I can't find this pasta in NW AZ. I'm glad Amazon has it available. It's perfect for 'soaking up' any kind of sauce (gravy in NJ). Spaghetti with a hole in the middle. Very ingenious...
